Street preacher banned from city hall for one year

Street preacher Art Pawlawski has been banned from City Hall for one year.
It happened as his group conducted another service over the noon hour Tuesday.
Pawlawski claims his rights are being violated and he tore up his summons.
The street preacher has been in trouble with the city before for disturbing the peace issues due to his sermons in the downtown over loud speakers.
